Consent:
The continued use of these services serves as consent that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, contact CrackedMarket LLC immediately to cancel your subscription.

CrackedMarket LLC is Not an Investment Advisor:
CrackedMarket LLC and its authors are not investment advisors, financial advisors, legal advisors, or tax advisors. No information provided herein is to be interpreted as a solicitation to buy or sell securities. Any content produced and published in any form, medium, and location by CrackedMarket LLC and its authors, including Premium Analysis and Market Mentor products, the Cracked.Market blog, and social media posts and tweets are to be used exclusively for ILLUSTRATIVE and EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES only.

Importance of Diversification:
Speculation should only be one piece of a well-diversified portfolio. A prudent investor manages his/her risk by holding a basket of buy-and-hold index funds, bonds, real estate, professionally managed investments, and finally, a small slice of speculative investments that includes individual securities and strategies like market timing. Never risk more than you can afford to lose in the speculative portion of your portfolio. CrackedMarket LLC is not responsible for gains or losses incurred by a person’s decision to follow, or not follow, the provided analysis. Every subscriber understands he/she is fully and solely responsible for any trades made in his/her account. TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Understand Everything You Invest In:
ETFs can produce unexpected results, especially in volatile markets or over long periods of time. Read the prospectus and understand all risks before buying any ETF. CrackedMarket LLC disclaims any and all responsibility if a named ETF’s performance fails to deliver the expected result. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

There are potential tax implications when actively trading equities, options, commodities, futures, and long, short, and leveraged ETFs. Consult a tax advisor before implementing any trading strategy in a taxable, tax-deferred, or tax-exempt account.

Analysis and Trade Ideas:
Opinions and trades ideas are shared for EDUCATIONAL and ILLUSTRATIVE purposes only and are not solicitations or recommendations to buy or sell securities. Each person must conduct their own research, analysis, and risk assessment before every trade. TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Blindly mirroring trade ideas is a violation of CrackedMarket LLC’s Terms of Service and is not permitted. When CrackedMarket LLC and its authors mention a particular security, they are not endorsing, promoting, or touting that security and have no financial interest in it other than the gains or losses they might earn trading it. Authors frequently hold positions in many of the stocks and investments mentioned in the free blog and Premium Service. Please be aware that the Authors may be long, short, or not involved in any of the securities they analyze in the free blog and the Premium Service.

Trial Period:
Cancel any time before the one-month trial period ends and your credit card will not be charged again. See Cancellation below for details.

Refunds:
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Reasonable exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis when an explicit refund request is received by email within five business days of the payment being posted. (A $10 or 10% fee, whichever is greater, may be assessed if the subscriber neglected to cancel their subscription before the next billing period.) After that, all payments are final and not refundable for any reason. Canceling the service only stops future renewals and does not trigger a refund. Unless an explicit refund request is made, the canceled service will remain in effect until the end of the current paid term. At its discretion, CrackedMarket LLC may withhold a 10% processing fee from all granted refunds in order to offset unrecoverable transaction costs.

Annual and quarterly subscriptions are discounted because the subscriber is committing to a longer duration. Prorations are not allowed except in extraordinary circumstances (ie death of the subscriber). In the extremely rare instance when a prorated refund is granted, a 20% fee is deducted and the proration will be calculated using the non-discounted monthly subscription rate.

Renewals:
Service will automatically be renewed and billed following the completion of the prior subscription period. The subscriber is responsible for keeping his/her billing information current to avoid service interruptions. All subscription fees are non-refundable and the subscriber is fully responsible for canceling his/her service in a timely manner to avoid unwanted charges. See Cancelation below for further details.

Cancellation:
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to notify CrackedMarket LLC of his/her intent to discontinue their subscription through their account management page, by replying to any CrackedMarket LLC email, or using the website’s Contact Form.

Please note, a cancelation is not complete until the subscriber receives an email notification from CrackedMarket LLC confirming the cancellation. If you attempt to cancel your service but do not receive a confirmation email from CrackedMarket LLC, please contact us immediately to resolve this discrepancy.

The subscriber is fully responsible for all recurring charges until they fully complete the cancellation process. Refunds are not given for prior charges even in instances where the subscriber did not use the services. All fees are non-refundable. See Refunds and Renewals above for more details.

Service Termination:
Service will terminate and all future obligations will be considered satisfied the day the subscriber cancels recurrent payments and/or automatic renewals. Refunds will not be given for the unused portion of the subscription remaining at the time of a customer-initiated cancellation.

CrackedMarket LLC reserves the right to terminate this service with anyone, at any time, for any reason. Prorated refunds for the unused portion of the subscription will be issued in cases where CrackedMarket LLC initiates the termination.

Service Failures:
CrackedMarket LLC is not responsible for delayed, incomplete, failed, or erroneous analysis. Each subscriber is fully responsible for monitoring his/her positions and managing his/her risk by using prudent risk management techniques, including but not limited to stop-loss orders. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to notify CrackedMarket LLC of changes to their email and payment methods.
